What chu’ need : 

  • Brewed tea [ it could be any kind of tea ]
  • 1 cup of ice cubes [ if you want it cold .. milk tea could be hot too ]
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup [ more or less depending on taste preference .. if you don’t have sugar syrup.. just try sugar]
  • 1/2 cup milk or however cup milk [ soy milk, almond milk, or rice milk]
  • ** BOBA IS OPTIONAL **

What chu’ gon’ do :

Mix the tea, ice [ if you want the tea cold], syrup [or sugar], and milk in a blender or a cocktail shaker. .. Or you can just shake it yourself, it’s a lot of fun. Shake it until it’s all frothy. Place the boba in the glass , pour tea mixture , use a BIG straw made for boba .. and enjoy :)

It’s May already, and I know a lot of you are trying to get those killer bods for summer.  If you’re ever bored and need to snack in between meals, or even make it a light lunch or breakfast, you should try this, though I normally eat it when I’m on tumblr.  c:

  • A bowl of veggies: a stalk of celery, baby carrots, and a baby bell pepper.  (Around 85kcal probably less)
  • Green tea, it also has my old white tea bag in there, I just put a green tea bag in addition to it.  (0kcal)
  • Mixed berry Activia yogurt.  (120kcal)

That’s only 205 calories total.  And if you exercise, you could easily burn it off.  

Tips: Only have a cup of tea with you at a time, that way when you’re done, you have to go get up and get another cup, which is good exercise.  For the yogurt, they have Activia Light for around 90kcal I believe as well.  When cutting the vegetables, cut them in to smaller pieces.  It makes you feel like you’re eating more.  Take sips of water in between each bite and you get fuller faster too.

The thing about losing weight and eating healthy is that you have to have a positive mindset about it.  Don’t consider it a hassle but something you truly want to do.  Also, I freaking love veggies so it’s easy for me, and if you don’t, you better start.
